- Provide a detailed written contract for all jobs
- Offer a minimum two year warranty on all work (excludes minor home repair and products with manufacturers warranty)
- Carry all applicable insurance
- Deal only with reputable subcontractors
- Maintain a safe and organized work site
- Strive to surpass basic building code requirements
- Return phone calls in a timely fashion
